If the item fails to operate within 30 days of delivery then please follow our return procedure:
a: Contact us by email or by telephone (214) 432 4251.
b: You must contact us within 10 days for electronic products and 7 days for chemical products of the delivery date.
c: Ship the item (via UPS Ground or USPS Postal Mail) back to us. Please note that we will NOT reimburse shipping costs that are greater than the original postage cost used to originally ship the order so please do not use expedited shipping methods.
d: If possible, we will ship you the replacement or credit your credit card.
If the item fails after 10 days of delivery, please follow the manufacturer's warranty procedures. If the product has an warranty, then the warranty information should be on the product's owner card or elsewhere inside the package.
